“How did you get your hands on this car?”Rosalie asked Bella and Victoria as she ran her hand over the vehicle in question. The vehicle that wasn’t supposed to be released for two years. Rosalie had actually preordered one so she would get it as soon as it came on the market. Victoria was giving her and the sisters a tour of the garage and Rosalie was in awe of their automobile collection. All the models were very valuable and extremely rare. A few Rosalie didn’t recognize that she planned on asking about later. After she throughly inspected even inch of the vehicle she was currently looking at first. She jumped back in shock when Victoria slapped her hand away.

“Don’t touch it.”Victoria told her as she settled Bella into her wheelchair. Bella had different ones for all the outbuildings and different ones for when she traveled.

“Vic don’t be mean Rosalie isn’t going to damage it.”Bella knew that Rosalie would respect the vehicle.

“Of course I’m not going to damage it. It’s a work of art.”Rosalie would never purposely ruin a car.

“You still haven’t said how you got it though.”Kate had seen a few vehicles that she was going to ask Bella if she would let her drive. She was just waiting until Victoria was distracted so she wouldn’t be told no.

“I designed and built it myself. This is actually the concept model.”Bella smiled at the looks of shock she was getting from the group.

“You designed this car?”Rosalie asked.

Bella nodded.”I own the company that is going to distribute it and work on a lot of their projects. This is the the third one I’ve designed and built by myself.”

“You own the company?”Tanya was surprised to hear that.

“How do you get away with being a vampire?”Irina wondered how Bella explained not aging.

“The employees think that I’m a recluse who is afraid of people. It’s because of that I am able to handle everything remotely and through my assistant who knows all about vampires.”Bella explained.

“You own the agency I went to today as well don’t you?”Rosalie figured Bella did.

“Yes, as well as many other businesses and companies. It’s investments in those businesses and companies that lets me grow my clients’ money legally.”Bella told her.

“Well I don’t know exactly how it works but I have seen the results. In the last 5 years of you managing my accounts you have grown my wealth tenfold.”Tanya would be forever grateful for Bella’s help because she had been having trouble growing the coven’s money with the advancements in technology.

“I hope now you will be willing to help me as well.”Rosalie had just accumulated enough money to be eligible to be one of Bella’s clients and would like to be able to grow it.

“Of course.”Bella didn’t mind helping Rosalie now that she found out what had happened.”We can worry about that later though. What do you think of the car?”

“Can I see the engine?”Rosalie wanted to see everything.

“Vic would you pop the hood please?”Bella was enjoying the obvious pleasure that Rosalie was taking in the car.

“Sure.”Victoria gave Bella a kiss on the cheek then got into the driver’s seat of the car and pushed the button to unlatch the hood.

As soon as the hood was open Rosalie was immediately leaning over the engine trying to take everything in.”This is incredible.”

“Thank you.”Bella said.

“Can I ask you about your security?”Tanya was interested in having a set up like Bella’s at their many homes.

“What specifically do you want to know?”Bella wasn’t going to tell Tanya everything about her security of course but was willing to tell her the basics.

“Can you tell me about the walls and barbed wire that keep vampires out?”Tanya asked.

Bella nodded.”The material for wall is my own creation but it can keep out an army of newborns if it had to.”

“Shit.”Kate had never heard of something like being possible before.

“As for the barbed wire it’s based on the teeth of a wolf shifter and can actually cut a vampire. It can also electrocute one as well.”Bella had done a lot of research with the help of her friends from the reservation. They were all to happy to help knowing that it would keep Bella safe. That and Bella knew they felt guilty that they didn’t prevent what happened with Edward.

“Not just electrocute them but knock them unconscious for over five minutes.”Victoria was the one who tested out the wire and it hurt like hell.

“How does it work?”Irina was very curious about something that could make a vampire pass out.

“It works on certain level of electricity that vampires are susceptible to. That electricity affects a vampire’s brain causing it to shut down to protect itself.”Bella explained.

“I wonder with my gift how I would react to getting shocked.”Kate was going to try it before they left.

“You aren’t touching it.”Tanya easily picked up what Kate was thinking.

"I just want to see if I can handle it.”Kate didn’t see the big deal.

“I’m not letting my mate get electrocuted.”Irina wouldn’t allow it.

“I let mine.”Bella let Victoria test all her inventions.

“I think if Bella lets her mate do it then I should be allowed to do it.”Kate thought Bella letting Victoria just provide how safe it was.

“Bella is not mated to you we are and we aren’t going to allow it.”Tanya didn’t care what Bella allowed Victoria to do. She wouldn’t allow Kate to injure herself.

“Whatever.”Kate would let it go for now and bring it up later hopefully when she got Bella alone to ask her things.

“Is it true that the tires on this are indestructible?”Rosalie not only wanted to know but she wanted to stop a fight between the triad.

Bella wheeled her chair over to the car.”Yes, they have been through numerous tests including Victoria trying to destroy them and they maintained their integrity.”

“Do you test a lot of stuff?”Irina asked Victoria.

“I test everything Bella needs tested before she lets anyone else touch it.”Victoria told her.

“What is your favorite thing that you have tested?”Rosalie wondered if Bella would let her test some things in the future.

“The synthetic blood is the most fun. Even if there was a lot trial and error to get to the final flavor of each kind.”Victoria loved getting to taste different things even if they were gross after not being able to taste anything but blood for centuries.

“We all enjoyed the blood very much.”Irina wanted to taste some of the other flavors.

“Victoria said you make yourself. Why don’t you have it manufactured?”Tanya was of the hope that Bella would make some for them.

“Well mostly because there would be a lot of questions asked about why someone is making flavored blood. Flavored blood that has all the nutrients of human blood at that.”Bella wasn’t against mass producing it she just didn’t think it was a good idea.

“That’s a good point but still with your connection to the royals I’m sure they would assign a team to make it.”Tanya agreed with it being a bad idea to make it commercially but didn’t understand why Bella didn’t make it available to more vampires.

“We tried that but had problems with the vampires involved. They were stealing the blood and selling it. Initially we just replaced them but it didn’t stop it from happening. Five of them actually got together and tried to make their own off site but I didn’t give them the full recipe so they failed.”Bella would never give up the recipes or designs of anything she made.”After that happened I knew that I couldn’t trust anyone not to try and profit off of my ideas so I make it all here and supply the queens and some others with the product.”

“Is it hard to make?”Irina understood why Bella didn’t want anyone knowing the recipe. She would want to control who had it if it was hers.

“Not at all. New flavors take some time but after the three dozen I’ve come up with it is a much smoother process now.”Bella told her.

“Do you think we could try some others?”Rosalie wanted to taste some other things.

“Sure when we finish in here Vic and I will take you to the walk in refrigerator and you can try as many as you want.”Bella offered.

“Thanks Bella.”Kate was excited to see what other flavors of blood Bella had.

“Do you think I could take this car out for a test drive after we try the blood?”Rosalie was more excited about the blood than driving the car but didn’t want to miss out on the chance to drive it.

“There were a couple cars I wanted to drive as well.”Kate said.

“How good of a driver are you?”Bella wasn’t against them driving the cars she just didn’t them want to be destroyed.

“If myself or Irina go with her she will be fine.”Tanya wasn’t going to let Kate drive any of Bella’s cars without supervision. She feared what Victoria would do to her mate if she somehow wrecked one of them as the red head had already proven she wouldn’t put up with any nonsense.

“Then I don’t see a problem with it.”Bella knew that Rosalie would be careful because of her respect of all vehicles and didn’t doubt that Irina and Tanya would keep Kate in line.

“Thanks Bella.”Rosalie leaned down and gave Bella a hug only to be pulled away from her by Victoria. She growled at he red head.

“Thank her with your words.”Victoria wasn’t going to put up with any touching from Rosalie.

“Bella is my mate. I have the right to touch her.”Rosalie would only refrain if Bella didn’t want her to touch her.

“You have yet to earn that right.”Victoria said.

“Vic calm down. She wasn’t doing anything wrong. We will discuss how we are going to navigate this new relationship later. Until then please refrain from attacking her if she touches me.”Bella figured that this would be the first of many fights the three of them would be having about what was allowed and what wasn’t in their relationship.

“I will try.”Victoria wasn’t going to promise anything because her instincts were telling her to kill anyone who touched Bella. Mate or not. She however would try not to put her hands on Rosalie because she didn’t want to upset Bella.

“Thank you sweetheart.”Bella knew that was the best she was going to get.”Let’s go try out some of that blood.”

“Good idea.”Tanya was very excited to try out the different flavors.

“Come on darling.”Victoria picked Bella up bridal style and held her to her chest smiling when just like always Bella snuggled into her body.

Bella laid her head on Victoria’s shoulder.”You’re the best.”

“I know I am.”Victoria knew that she was a great mate. She went out of her way for Bella happily doing all she could to go above and beyond to give Bella the best life she could have. In return Bella did the same for Victoria and the last three decades they had spend together were the best and most fulfilling of her life.

“So how much of the blood do you make at a time?”Irina asked.

“We have our own small set up that we use to make about three hundred bottles a batch.”Bella told her.

“Who do you supply?”Tanya really wanted her coven to be one of the people Bella gave the blood to and was counting on the mate bond with Rosalie to make that happen.

“We give the queens a large supply which they then distribute to whoever they choose. They mostly use it as a reward for those that show their loyalty and give it to the royal guard who all live off of it. Other than that we give it to a few friends like the Irish coven, the Egyptians, the Amazons and the Japanese royal family.”Bella told her.

“I’m surprised if you were friends with the Irish, Egyptians and the Amazons that Carlisle didn’t know about you. It’s well known they are his closest allies other than ourselves.”Kate would have thought they would have made mention of Bella to Carlisle with their history.

“We reached out to them and made deals with each coven to make them turn their backs on him. Something they were more than happy to do.”Victoria hadn’t been surprised how quickly Carlisle’s allies disowned him.

“What deals did you make?”Rosalie asked.

“The Amazons were quite easy to get on our side. We simply explained our history with the Cullens and then offered to buy them a large part of the rain forest. They have absolutely no access to money other than what they pulled off their victims and their home is being overrun with loggers. So we bought over three thousand acres of land for them and set them up with a bank account with the caveat that we would make them the fake ids they needed anytime they wanted them. So now they have a guarantee that their home won’t be destroyed and the resources to travel if they ever want to leave. As for the blood we have a shipment sent to them once a month which they keep in the refrigerators we set them up with that are run by solar powered generators.”Bella explained.

“Offering to buy them that much land was a smart move.”Tanya would have never thought to offer the Amazons land for an alliance.

“I didn’t even think of the fact they have no money.”It made sense to Irina that the Amazons wouldn’t be able to financially support themselves.

“How did you work out a deal with the Egyptian coven?”Kate was curious how Bella was able to make a deal with a coven that stayed away from everyone.

“That was easier than you would have thought.”Victoria said.”It’s well known that Amun is extremely paranoid. To gain an alliance Bella set him up with a security system that is more lethal than ours is. He jumped at the chance to have basically a fortress and easily promised to ignore Carlisle. Over the years we have updated that security and now have a genuine friendship with the whole coven. We even repaired his relationship with the queens and arranged for Dimitri to visit often.”

“A tricked out security system would make him agree to anything.”Tanya thought that was the perfect trade for someone who distrusted the world as much as Amun.”How about the Irish coven?”

“We actually didn’t have to promise them anything. After they heard our story they were outraged and actually offered to go after the Cullens for us.”Bella told them.

“Bella being in a wheelchair because of Edward enraged them. Maggie was of the opinion because of it that we should have taken Edward’s legs and burned them so he would be at the same disadvantage as Bella.”If it weren’t for what they had planned for him already Victoria would have done it.

“The Irish coven do hold a high moral code.”Tanya said.

“They are actually the first vampires other than Victoria to try the blood. Then when I started making flavored kinds they have helped me with testing it as well. They even give me ideas for new flavors.”Bella enjoyed the Irish coven’s company very much and considered them some of her closest friends.

“How did you get involved with the Japanese royal family?”Rosalie never heard of anyone having a relationship with the royals.

“That was my doing. I had been with James on one of his hunts when he set his sights on the Japanese princess. He thought it would be fun to try and kill someone with so much protection.”Victoria was cut off by Bella.

“That was his regular theme when hunting.”Bella said.

“Anyway. He set his sights on her but during this hunt he didn’t use the sire command to make me help him like he did with his other hunts. Though a series of mishaps I was able to get word to the royals of James going after the princess and of his gift. When they found out they put the princess on lockdown and after a while James gave up because he realized he wouldn’t be able to breach their stronghold. They sent guards out to find and kill James but with my gift they were never able to find him. It was when we were at the castle visiting that I was introduced to one of the Japanese ambassadors that I told them my story. He passed it on to the king and queen and they invited us to the castle to thank me for saving their daughter. Since then we have kept in touch and Bella and myself consider them allies.”Allies that Victoria was more than happy to have.

“Did he force you to do a lot of things?”Kate figured he did because Victoria didn’t seem the type to take orders from someone.

Victoria stopped at the door of a large building and scanned her eye in a retina reader causing the door to click open. She nodded her thanks when Tanya rushed to hold the door open.”Almost everything I did during my time with him I was forced to do. I despised him with everything I am and he knew it. I honestly think he would have killed me a couple decades after he turned me but he needed my gift. It was too valuable to him to lose.”

“Did he know you had a mate bond with Bella?”Rosalie followed Victoria down a long hallway into a large room with different vats and bottling machines through out it.”Is this where you make the blood?”

“Yes each vat right now contains a different flavor with one of them having a new flavor we just perfected.”Bella told her.

“What flavor is that?”Irina asked.

“Orange creamsicle.”Bella was excited because it was her favorite treat when she was human.

“Can we try that one as well.”Rosalie had seen Bella eat the dessert before and wanted to try it.

“It’s not ready yet.”Bella said.

“It may not be ready but the ones in here are.”Victoria led them to a large refrigerating unit and opened the door.”Everything is labeled.”

Kate walked into the fridge and saw hundreds of bottles of blood filling the shelves.”Shit.”

“Which ones do you like best?”Rosalie wanted to try Bella’s favorites.

“I like chocolate and fried chicken the best.”Bella told her.

“I like raspberry, orange chicken and sausage gravy the most.”All three things that Victoria never had when she was human.

“How did you even figure out the recipe for this stuff?”Tanya couldn’t even imagine where to start trying to made fake blood let alone make it flavored. Looking over some of the flavors Tanya found she didn’t recognize most of them.

“A lot of studying and trial and error.”Bella had been lucky because she didn’t need to really on humans and their laws when it came to most medical breakthroughs.

“Well I’m going to try the chocolate peanut butter one first.”Kate grabbed a bottle off one of the shelves flicked the top off with her nail and took a sip. Now that she knew how good they tasted she wanted to savor it and she was not disappointed when she got her first taste.”That is even better the regular chocolate one I had before.”

Irina grabbed a bottle of the shelve and after opening it took a sip.”I always wondered what lobster tasted like. I just never imaged I would get the chance by drinking blood.”

“That was a request by Didyme because in movies most of the characters whoo they’re intended by giving them a lobster dinner.”Bella knew that her mother had used the blood to create many romantic encounters with her other two mates.

“I just can’t believe how good this taste.”Tanya looked through the shelves as she slowly drank her bottle. It was the orange chicken one Victoria said she liked and Tanya was having a hard time wrapping her head around the fact that she was basically eating Chinese food.

“I can’t either. I mean I thought I would never drink anything better than blood but after trying this I don’t think I ever want to go back. I don’t even crave it anymore.”Rosalie also liked that she got her human eye color back.

“If you truly miss human blood the regular synthetic tastes just like it.”Bella had never had any animal blood but knew that it paled in comparison to human.

“After tasting these I don’t even want to think about regular blood.”Kate finished off her bottle and moved on to a different flavor. That one being s'mores flavored.”So you never answered the question. Did James know about your mate bond with Bella?”

Victoria moved to the end of the fridge and grabbed two bottles of blood. She handed one to Bella.”No he did not. I didn’t want him to try and use it against either of us.”

“How were you able to hide it?”Irina couldn’t imagine not acting on her mate bond.

“It really wasn’t that hard. James was so focused on Bella he didn’t really care what I was thinking. Even when he went after her he didn’t want me involved so he had me stake out her father’s house. I was originally planning on following him and interfering myself if I could but I overheard the Cullens on the phone talking about how they knew where James was going to be and knew that they would kill him.”Victoria hadn’t worried about James after learning of the seer and the mind reader.

“Do you think that Edward knew about the mate bond?”Rosalie asked.

“He definitely knew about the mate bond when we encountered him in the woods. As for before I doubt he paid any attention to Victoria because she is a woman and he has no respect for women.”Bella didn’t think Edward gave Victoria any thought at all.

“I would love to see how he’s doing with the Romanians.”Kate would like to see Edward’s suffering. Especially after finding out what he did to Bella.

“We have a complete set up that allows us to see him and hear him in real time 24/7. It was one of the conditions of our deal with the Romanians.”Bella liked to watch him get his beatings. Those beatings happening regularly.

“We can watch him?”Rosalie was very interested in seeing Edward getting punished.

Bella nodded.”Not only do we have access but the queens do as well.”

“Can you give us access?”Rosalie wanted to be able to see Edward getting hurt.

“No problem.”Bella didn’t mind giving access to anyone who wanted to see Edward being beaten.

“Cool maybe we can do that after we test drive some cars.”Kate suggested.

“Let’s try some more blood first.”Tanya wasn’t done sampling the blood.

“Of course.”Kate hadn’t even begun to try all the bloods she wanted to.

“Until then maybe Bella can explain how she decides what flavors she makes.”Irina wanted to know where Bella got her inspiration.

“Good idea.”Rosalie wanted to know how Bella decided what to work on. After they finished with the blood Rosalie was going to push for Bella ride in the car with her. Not only would it be nice to have a chance to ask Bella questions about the vehicle but it would be nice to get a chance to spend time alone with her mate. Then again if Bella was going Victoria would likely come as well. It seemed the pair didn’t do things without the other one. Probably because of Bella’s lack of mobility. That brought with it a thought. Did Bella drive or did she just have Victoria do all the driving? Rosalie hoped that now that she was a part of Bella’s life that Bella would let her be the one who tested some of her inventions. Especially the cars she designed. If Rosalie was lucky Bella may even let Rosalie help her build them. Rosalie also wanted to ask about the robots. She had seen a couple walking around and some mowing the lawn and she wanted to ask how Bella came up with them and what their capabilities were. That and what type of weapons they had because Victoria mentioned they had some that shot fire. It seemed that Bella had extreme security measures and Rosalie completely approved. With Bella’s lack of walking it made her vulnerable and Rosalie wanted to make sure if for some reason Victoria and her weren’t able to keep Bella safe that there were measures in place to do the job for them. Bella safety being Rosalie number one priority after all.
