I have heard that Blaine singing Phil COllins was live and I would assume he was playing the piano too, as Darren Criss does play the piano and a lot of other instruments. I believe Darren Criss is the only one who does sing a few songs live. Teenage Dream in 4x4 was live. And I know one in season 5 is too.

I didn't like the musical numbers this time, except for Mamma Mia. I would've preferred a full Abba episode than all those underwhelming performances. I believe Darren was playng and singing live here but I didn't love the vocals, Jake or Artie would've killed thatsong, tho. I didn't know Phil Collins was considered a guilty pleasure, btw. Miss Cassandra July will show up again in another episode I guess.
