September 2019 Patch Update

I apologize for delaying it, but I will be out of town for a funeral starting today through the 6th. I sadly don't have time to finish it up today before leaving. I made it a goal to finish translating the title screen before the patch was released, and after numerous setbacks, I finally finished it!
Here's a preview -- I post frequent updates in the Discord server if any of you want daily updates!
It's a bit rough at the moment because I didn't have time to remove the boxes that were present in the Japanese logo, but those will be gone for the patch release! Here's how it looks animated:
I'd still like to move the logo around a bit to make it look more fluid, and hopefully I'll be able to do that before October's patch! Thank you for understanding, and I'll see you all again on the 8th for the patch!
