I can't guarantee I will use your suggestion tho, I'm sorry~! If there's a story behind the name (it's the name of your cat, an old girlfriend, etc.) I'd love to hear it. If you're rolling with a femme / neutral name in real life, I have totally named characters after Patrons with their permission before and I love doing it~

2023-08-28 17:11:04 +0000 UTCSo, I had a couple more ideas. Ibbie is a derivative of Isabel, and one I used for a character's younger sister because she couldn't say her full name for a while. Also, Nettie, was one that was derive from Natalie, and I had another character that used it because she thought it was cool to have a name that "sounded like an old grandmotherly witch from a fairy tale" and thought Natalie was boring.
