In my head eyes were rolling. As if this guy thought I might be surprised by an extended family member having their opinion of me.
βI donβt blame her, its easy to judge me.β I filled my water bottle to indicate I was bored with this drama and ready to go for a walk.
βBut sheβs coming around, STARTING with this trip!β His voice sounded triumphant, as if he finally taught his dog to fetch.
I know that people sometimes need a warmup phase to accept me. All I can do is be myself.
