Sales Tax update

starting July 1st patreon will be charging sales tax depending where you are located, and what is considered taxable in your location. this is to comply with new laws passing in several countries as well as certain states in the US.
according to statistics less than half of all patrons would be charged sales tax, and for those who do get charged the amount will be very small. (example: sales tax rates in the US range from 4% to 11%, so if you're just pledging $3 you may expect 12 to 33 cents.)
