Reviewing your Week 1 Submissions (Lament Bass)

I think the most challenging thing was staying in pure diatonic major and dealing with the "cheese factor" that comes along with that set of notes, but many of you were able to avoid that sweet sound with some good production and arranging decisions.

Tonight at 8PM CT we'll start lesson 2. I know that many of you can't attend live during this time but I do encourage you to watch afterwards: the lesson will start a few minutes into the video and will continue uninterupted until the end where I'll do Q+A. Everything you presented was clear Jake. For some reason I had a brain fart and switched to composing in Mixolydian instead of Ionian. I think I'll skip redoing the song.
