UPDATE 05.18.2021 - I've fixed a bunch of bugs that were present when using the resource pack with PTGI HRR 2.1. Fixed the bugs you guys have reported, such as the furnace and hanging lantern. Completely overhauled the taiga biome. Now it has a colder vibe. This includes new updated grass, podzol, spruce leaves. I've also added dark oak leveas, I don't know why I haven't added it sooner. :D Also the new textures are POM compatible.
Note: Disable anisotropic filtering if you're getting transparent textures at water edges and If the leaves are looking weird you need to set the tree settings to fancy.
Hey Guys, The new update is available for download. I've added soul soil, soul sand, basalt, polished basalt, composter, new birch bark, blue, cyan, green, lt blue, magenta, pink, purple, and red terracottas. I've fixed the torch and red tulip textures, from now they shouldn't look weird when using PTGI HRR 2.1 shaders. I've also made some changes to the image compression so the pack now is a couple of hundred megabytes smaller and it should load faster.
Installation for the main packs are the same as before, just copy the downloaded .zip file inside your resource pack folder and enable the pack in the ingame menu. If you're coming from on older version you can simply delete that. The new versions always have everything included. The jar files are only necesary for the custom new models. Here is a short installation video on how to install it properly. You can find the download links for forge and optifine in the video desctiption or down below.
Installation video ( It's for 1.16.4, but the same applies for other versions as well, just make sure you use the proper version for Forge and Optifine otherwise your game will crash.)
The mods folder can be found here, if it's not there just make a new one.

To match the quality of the screenshots, use SEUS PTGI E11 and set RAYTRACE_GEOMETRY_QUALITY to 0, and change the tonemap to ACEStonemap in the shader settings.
To get the Parallax effect (3D bumpy textures) you need to use shaders that support it, I recommend using Continuum 2.1 or SEUS Renewed.
