It's pretty cool when we spark connections like that. Thanks for sharing your experience Brendan!

I haven't had Deja Vu in a while, I have had it plenty of times: but! It was overshadowed by one particular time where there was a game I played as a kid (this is very specific) I had a sudden dream about a specific pokemon and repeatedly over a month solid I kept feeling like I needed to play this old game and collect this certain pokemon and use it. Eventually, I did it, I felt satisfied and within a few days my friend asked: what are you up to man? I told him and before I could explain he told me "man, I remember when I was a kid there was one specific pokemon that was my favourite" and THAT was the pokemon. I assumed up until then that he hated the (pokemon) games generally, we never talked about it because of that. The specificity and the urges made me feel weird even if it was about a children's game, it really felt like a matrix sort of thing

How interesting, i love this explanation of the consciousness sources of data. It seems plausible indeed. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this :)

I did have a few occasions that stroke me as deja-vu. But in most of those cases, after a while I could also remember either seeing that particular place in a recent dream or actually being there under similar circumstances, which makes them regular memories and not something extrasensory or paranormal. As to the ones you described, tiredness seems like a possibility. The way I think about it, the consciousness has several sources of data flowing into it: First there are sensory perceptions coming straight from the eyes, ears, etc. Then there are also internally generated images or sounds, like that songs that just keeps playing in your head. And then there is also memory. Let's say those three sources are plugged into the consciousness and it knows which jack they each come through: Jack 1 is sensory perception, Jack 2 is imagination, Jack 3 is memory. I'm thinking it could be possible that sometimes the brain is slightly off its normal game, because it's maybe tired, or stressed, or perhaps has some unusual chemicals flowing through it, and then the jacks get mixed up. So instead of coming just through Jack 1, sensory input also spills into Jack 3. So the consciousness sees that input and goes: "Jack 1 means I'm seeing this right now, but Jack 3 means I'm remembering something, but they are both the exact same thing. What does this all mean?" This seems quite plausible, although I must admit that I wouldn't mind the real explanation to be past life memories or crossing over into a different dimension :)

Oh yes those double deja vu moments are really trippy, thanks for the feedback!

You were far more articulate in explaining your experience with this phenomena. I find it so fascinating! Thank you for sharing and feedback!

Very enjoyable Aura! I find ramble audios super relaxing so this was perfect for the weekend! I used to get deja vu all the time. Weirdly, i would sometimes get, like, double deja vu. Like id have deja vu about have deja vu in the moment lol.

It's weird how inconsequential conversations can lead you to ypu in your head for you to verbatim as you were privy to some unknown manuscript. Weirder yet you feel the the conversation (in my experience) with context of visual amd audio stimulation of the perceived event such as tone, speed, flow of speech, location in which alledgely already took place. With all that you feel something, perceptually you are experiencing something that foregoes all logic and reason but the sensations are real. A unsettling feeling usually sets in which i've felt as the deja vu feeling makes you feel that you are realizing that you already felt the feeling of deja vu and have explained that already in the current deja vu. I'e had times where I was speaking to my brother about one off things while in the presence of a mutual friend and had three person conversations play out in my head as it happened. I think the phenomena is the same as synchronicity where certain things for some reason as if through divine intervention are pointing you in a direction. You can't explain it but certain themes are showing up and keep appearing. Maybe its past lives, parallel worlds or your brain is fried and synapses are misfiring I don't know. I enjoyed the audio nonetheless, the audio was easy going and a good listen. Also I really enjoyed your reading of alice in wonderland one of my favorite books!
