Triggers include whispers, tapping, goodnight kisses and soft breathing.

I think tapping is safe and relaxing for most people when done gently. I enjoyed it for a long time before this happened, but it's a reminder that sounds shouldn't be too harsh.

I hurt my nerves from loud tapping videos, and now I'm limited to what I can listen to. (Ex soft spoken, whispering, and breathing are ok, but not tapping, crinkling, or most other sounds.) I always enjoy your vocal updates, because I love your accent, they're tingly, they're safe to listen to, and of course I like hearing your updates ☺️✨
