I'm looking for a scriptwriter to join our team and help us make money online educational content + software tutorial videos (for popular CRMs and AI tools). I need someone who doesn’t just write scripts, but they understand why some videos blow up, why others flop, and how to craft educational content that sounds like Ali Abdaal, Alex Hormozi, Kane Kallaway, Iman Gadzhi, and/ or Dan Martell, but uniquely me.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has experience writing YouTube scripts (preferably in business, finance, or online marketing niches).
Strong understanding of pacing, and structuring for retention.
Can adapt to my voice: casual, authentic, direct, relatable, but still authoritative.
Bonus if you’re familiar with digital marketing, agency, saas, gohighlevel or other software.
Comfortable working independently but open to feedback and very responsive.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
99% AI-FREE script writing (must provide original and unique perspective).
Write scripts designed to maximize retention and conversions for affiliates.
Provide screen recordings when highlighting specific software features for tutorials.
Generate and review AI voiceover, ensuring it matches the script's intended tone.
Help ideate viral-ready video topics for educational / online business niche, including clickable titles & thumbnail concepts
Collaborate with team via Slack and report daily progress.
