Today I want to share with you my experience in sports 🙂
Considering that I'm not very comfortable being around people, it was surprising to me that I enjoyed going to the gym.
My partner started doing this first, because it was unusual for me and there were people around, and it scared me 😅 But I decided to take a trial lesson with a trainer and I liked it :) After that, we started going to the gym with my partner, I got used to it a little and got involved. It turned out that during the process there is no time or need to contact people, you just mind your own business and that’s it.
I liked the bonuses from this activity: my tone increased, I began to feel better, and besides, it contributes to the overall improvement of health, which is very useful for me with a sedentary lifestyle and working at the computer. And on top of everything else, it gives me a feeling of confidence and pride when I can lift more weight and my endurance grows.
Going to the gym fit into my life so much that when I missed a workout, for example due to illness, I was restless and still wanted to go there no matter what.
I plan to continue to do this useful and enjoyable thing - I like it 😊
I understand that most likely this is something unusual for me and wow, I should have tried it a long time ago, but I want to ask: do you have a similar experience and if so, what do you like most about going to the gym?
