I thought for a long time how to answer... I don't maintain any additional documentation on this. Patreon statistics can give some information and in one or two cases, I think I can correlate the dates of subscriptions and releases =)

Meaning that if someone, who was a Patron during the month of the release of say the 2nd Age Gondorian Shield, lost the files, he can reach out to you to get a (private) download to recover the files? Personally I download all the stuff I back (MMF, Patreon, ...), but even then it could happen that the files get lost due to a HDD crash, fire, Armageddon, etc. Could Patrons in such a situation get in touch to re-obtain the files if need be?
