Unfortunately for the russians... 27.000 low morale mobiks and conscripts do not have the same combat value like 27.000 Wagner fighters. Then take away their steel and iron coffins and they land where they are. Ok, declaring Avdiivka being a decoy is basically the same like 'active defense' - being out of power, out of means and out of ideas.
