IMO, this happens because unattractive women resent attractive women having more social power than they do. The classic big boobs vs flat chest is a perfect example of one woman having more power than the other. Clothing works the same way although more versatile. Any guy who points out the "sexism" is just trying to score points with women and trying to show how woke he is. Funny thing is a lot of these kinds of guys get in trouble with the law for assaults on women.

You make some very good points here. Trying to put the opposite gender into a particular outfit just to be critical of the OG gender's portrayal doesn't really convey that message. It just gives us something to cringe at. Such people seem to ignore that the way either gender is portrayed is meant to do so in the way that flatters them most. So I don't see the problem in have thin women show some skin, or a brawny man showing off their pecks. There's certain point where either gender starts to be sexualized. Rather than trying make a point through these awkward pieces, you'd think they'd want address the standards for where things start to get sexy.
