I ended up listening to the poem three times. Very cool and evocative. I like that it gives a sort of panoramic view of the scene, referring to the birds at the beginning and end. Winter has its own kind of beauty, a quiet and reflective kind, and so the poem lends itself well to a reading like yours. So now you'll have to share some songs. :) I kid, but that's cool that you're into songwriting, and the randomness is fine, too. I hope your holiday season is going well, Juliet!
