they say the creator names or say โcas presetsโ which is skin presets, makeup, skin details, eyelashes etc. or โunsortedโ which is just cc clothes/shoes that havenโt been sorted into folders. you can search the creators cc by looking at the name of the folder and searching on google , example ; โ sims4nexus sims 4 cc โ
