Update

Just wanted to keep you guys updated. Some of you already know, but my Grandpa passed away on Sunday morning. He lived a long, beautiful life of 93 years like a teenager straight up until Saturday night and passed peacefully in his sleep. He was my entire life, both physically and metaphorically. It has been my job for the last 10 years to do home care for him, on top of him having raised me as my father and being the inspiration for everything I do and the greatest man to ever live and all of that.
Regardless, we lay him to rest tomorrow morning. This has been a very busy, chaotic few days and I'm sure more chaos is to follow but it should slow down giving me a chance to get back at it soon. So anyone wondering where the drawing has been, well it's been in my head because I haven't quite had the time to sit and put it on the canvas yet!
So I appreciate your patience and support now more than ever, which is saying a lot because I ALWAYS appreciate it! Art is resuming shortly (within the next few days), thank you all for being so understanding.
// As a bit of a tangent, I just thought it was kind of neat... When I was a little kid, I first got into drawing because I was into Sonic the Hedgehog and I would just make Sonic doodles in school, and the last drawing of mine I ever got to show him was Sonic the Hedgehog...

I'm happy your grandfather was such a great person. I'm sure he appreciated and loved you. Please remember to take care of yourself and make sure you are okay. ^_^
