"This process must be done quickly, as the Emergency Reformation process is only effective within 24 hours of total digestion. Should this period elapse, your prey will be out of reach.

⦁ Perma Students, Fill Out the Forms! - If you as a student do not wish to be reformed after digestion, we will respect your wishes. However, you will be required to fill out a Reformation Declination Form before you can attend, to certify that you do not wish to be reformed for any reason."
