It's so easy to deny yourself what you truly desire, isn't it?

Even after escaping their oppressive household, it was difficult for Sage to adjust to the freedom they now possessed. Before, every aspect of their life was controlled, with harsh punishments doled out for any small infraction. The amount of times Sage had been sent to bed without dinner over small slights still left a pit in their stomach nearly a year later. Restraint was practically baked into their DNA, and despite their immense size, Sage still found that they held back their natural hunger. They wanted to enjoy the treats and indulgence on campus, fill themselves full and then keep eating... but they never found the nerve to really unleash the hunger they kept buried.

Until, of course, one night alone.

Sage was in their kitchen, dressed comfortably and idly scrolling through their phone when their stomach let out a pitiful moan. It was dinner time, and the thought made them grimace. There wasn't much of a need to budget or worry about the fridge being empty, but that didn't stop Sage from preplanning small portions, their mind automatically wondering how few items they would need to make it through until breakfast...

The purple light was enough to snap the chubby snake from their somber thoughts. They were nervous at first, naturally, but a gentle voice spoke to them in an encouraging whisper. Two violet hands formed from the light, and after asking for permission, they brushed softly against the python's face. It felt like a warm mist was surrounding them, Sage's eyes growing a little heavier as their hunger only grew. The light seemed to focus on their face, gently squishing their cheeks in ethereal hands, before saying,

"Just relax, little snake...Rest your head in my hands..."

Sage could feel their stress melting away, like a tension being released in the deep muscles of their serpentine body. A calm overtook them, and they felt so relaxed that they nearly wept.

"Y-yeah..." they stammered, words moving slowly, "that feels...really nice..."

The light spoke patiently, listening to Sage's thoughts as they rested, before asking if they were hungry. For a moment, the snake considered saying no - but their stomach had other ideas, growling with a ferocity that made Sage blush. They attempted to apologize, stammering out an explanation, but an ethereal hand simply pressed a finger to their lips.

They promised a feast unlike anything Sage had ever known, and they delivered.

Warm pizza boxes emerged from the light, the smell of hot grease & melted cheese making Sage salivate. Paper-wrapped burgers began to pile up on the counter, with a plethora of fried goodies joining them in baskets & bags. The scent of sugary frosting joined the cacophony as purple cupcakes seemed to hover around the light, the ethereal hands holding what appeared to be a single chocolate chip cookie to the snake's lips.

"Eat your fill, little one. There will always be more than enough, just for you~"

The words had barely registered before Sage had consumed the offered treat, practically swallowing the cookie whole before both hands shot out to the counter, grabbing any sort of snack they could. Burgers disappeared down their gullet in an instant, with a family sized serving of spaghetti quickly chasing the greasy sandwiches, thick sauce still dribbling down their chin as they reached for more, MORE!

There didn't seem to be an end to the meal, with dozens of pounds of succulent, greasy, salty, fatty food disappearing into the ravenous snake. Their already chubby coils only expanded further, scales stretched and gurgling around the countless meals their body was busy turning into more and more wobbling coils.

Sage was in bliss. They had never been so full, and after what barely seemed like a moment, they paused to take a deep breath. What would have been a huge mess instead seemed to vanish as they ate, wrappers and dirty dishes vanishing before being replaced with fresh portions.

"Guh...s-so full..." they managed to gurgle, taking a moment to bask in the weight of a million calories...

"We can stop if you'd like, my dear."

The voice once again regained their attention, the snake taking a moment to assess how they were feeling. They had easily eaten enough to feed a dozen families, and yet...

"N-no," he gurgled, a hint of pleading in their voice, "I'm still hungry~"
