Download the normal version of the game from the previous post.
Extra version for PC: Download 'extra.rpa' file. Put it in the root of the game (game folder/game/...).
Extra version for Mac: Download 'extra.rpa' file. Put it in the root of the game (game folder/Contents/Resources/autorun/game/...).
Extra version for Android: Comes as a whole file already an extra version.

Just got the patreon updates. I imported saves from Gamecore and they all had reached the extent of the story so far. With the Patreon download & the extra how do you continue the missions?
