GGO2: Balance doesn't matter

A thing about the GGO that's been brought up a few times is that one character or another (Okay maybe just Adeen) is getting too much of an advantage and is going to overshadow everyone else. Or that they shouldn't vote for her because it'll make her overshadow everyone else.

Now I'll be the first to admit that I'm still figuring everything out... and yes her numbers do look (and are) very high compared to the rest of the competition but there is a method to this. There is a reason that I've done things the way I have.

Now I get that this is a competition and everyone wants their favorite girl to have an equal shot at being the biggest and "winning." That's totally fair! But I don't want everyone to be afraid to vote the way they want because they're afraid of somehow "breaking" everything.

Yeah Joh got kinda nuts last round and it was probably a mistake to let things go exactly as they did. (No it wasn't, KaiJoh is awesome.) Yeah it looks like Adeen is likely gonna have the same thing happen to her. BUT I've been paying close attention and I've been adjusting things as people vote to make things a little more even. IN FACT the way things are going now with how I've adjusted Adeen's new special even with it active she's still shorter than Joh will end up.

So basically what I'm saying is: Don't worry about who's got an advantage and who doesn't. Just vote the way you want and trust that everything will work out.

This isn't to say I'm above criticism. Please continue to point out anything that looks flawed or unfair. Like I said: I'm still learning! I wanna know if people aren't having fun! Just don't let your fears influence your votes.

Shout outs to everyone who's been donating, promoting and just overall contributing to this so far ('specially the questions, that's been super fun.) This has been much more successful than I had ever hoped and we're only a month into this thing that I predict might take up to a half a year if my math is right. I hope everyone stays as excited and involved as they have been, and I hope to be able to live up to everyone's expectations!
