I am implementing a change to the 'Nobility' perk regarding the character polls.

This change will be put into place starting July of 2025.

I have decided that it would be for the best if when your character wins the poll, that you have to sit out the next month before being able to suggest a character again.

You can still vote, of course. But you may not suggest a character again for the following month.

I will keep track of the winners to make sure the rules are adhered to.

This is to allow as many patrons as possible to have a chance for their characters to win the poll as there is a lot of competition and I just want it to be fair for everyone.

'Nobility' patrons can still suggest characters for the monthly Draws/Raffles. Just as the 'Merchant' patrons can.
