Warmup stretches obbvvvv…

3x10 lateral pulldown SUPERSET WITH… tricep pulldowns…

3x10 cable straight bar pull downs (these MADE MY LATS BURN)

3x10 lateral pull downs but with the row machine attachment (INSANE)

3x10 incline curls SUPERSET WITH crossbody hammercurns

Finish off with 3x10 back extensions

THEN EAT SOME MEATY FUCKINBURRITO FROM BARBERITIOS
