This scene had a huge challenge in it, that was to keep the cat micro, but still big enough to be the main focus of the pic. Even though other details can get distracting, such as those big paws hahaha

As you may notice, I didn't use line sketches for this one, but rather patches of color. I did that to get a better sense of volume and size, since that was the main factor of this picture. I can also begin to explore lights and color palettes at a very early stage
