Japan is all about respect. Asian culture is very much brought up on that. The boys were saying how they have to hype up their fans in japan more because they usually tend to be quiet and listen respectfully. Not to say that screaming and shouting is wrong, over there they enjoy concerts in a different way. Each country is different in energy. By the end of jin's performance for awake instead of screaming to show their appreciation like most fans do they actually applauded him. Everyone was clapping. It was very cool and i think they did the same thing for epiphany years later. There have been many times where the boys would get physically close to the audience while performing on stage and army in the stands would actually back away and give them as much space as possible. It was like seeing an invisible force field. Watching clips from their fanmeetings is really heartwarming and you can see the closeness between bts and army. All of the boys will hold your hand, play games, joke around, cheer you up, etc. That's probably more of a reason why bts do most of their fanmeetings in south korea and japan. Over in the west people are a lot more aggressive and tend to try and grab the members and throw stuff at them. I wish everyone was able to respect the boys and their personal space. Here's how i see what namjoon was trying to say about jhope. Hobi brings a sense of calmness and connection for bts.. like how water flows and eases our mind. When you listen to rain fall on the roof or pavement, that brings comfort and makes you feel relaxed. Hobi is able to bring bts together and make everyone feel energized. It can also relate to his work ethic and dance skills like afie mentioned. He moves effortlessly, seeming like he has no bones in his body. Flowy like water. Tae has always been extremely interested in acting since he was young. There were many times where he would randomly start acting out roles around the bts dorm and even during rookie king he showed that as his special talent in the elevator. ๐Ÿ˜Š Jin told us about his cute dialogues and how he would play two characters at once and talk to himself. Vmin with that special friendship bro.

i think rm saying jhope is like water refers to how he dances and how smooth he is
