If it didnt, then there will be many ppl incl flight attendant to tell u to be mindful and turn it off, which will be quite quick so hardly the whole podcast will be played for everyone to hear for a long time. but maybe its different in america...

I listened to this episode at the gym and the fact that I started watching survivor about a month ago made me almost scream out loud when noel started taking about it.... I’m watching it from the beginning (skipped the first 3 seasons tho) and am now on season 9, IT IS ADDICTING!

LOL Allegiant airlines is a vacation airline. They fly from airforce bases. I've been on it multiple times to go to Destin FL. They're kinda jank but its nice for random places that AA, Delta, Etc wont go to directly.

They record the episodes in the morning in US mostly on weekend so a lot of people can turn in and also because one of them lives in Australia and one in Germany. Everyone gets ping on discord hour or 15 minutes before recording.

I listened a bit further and the prize money thing you talk about could solve the problem of people not wanting to come onto the show for loss of income. It still means you couldn't get super big time people though that make way more than what the difference in prize money would be. Apart from that the only thing to figure out is funding.

If it is possible to find the right balance of people to get on the show and some big tv company behind it for funding I don't see any barriers (but i don't know that much). You guys should totally throw yourselves at it a little bit see how it goes and if the idea gets any traction.

The survivor idea with travel influencers and tik tok stars is awesome. I think that it might be difficult to convince them to sign up to the show though. They would have to be convinced that they would gain more viewers/fame/income from being on the show rather than from continuing to post and continue their lives. Tik Tokkers that have a large following (relative to other platforms) but don't make that much money from it (that they would not want to give up posting for a period) might be the right category of people for the show. They have enough followers for people to notice they are gone, they aren't so big that they don't care about extra publicity, and they have the chance to gain a different type of 'real world' fame rather than just their Tik Tok fame. I guess Youtubers would be good too because they wouldn't be giving up on a large amount of income to come on the show.
