As a pdx resident, with the decriminalization of drugs, the rest of the measure states that a good portion of the tax revenues from the legalized marijuana will actually go to support rehabilitation programs for those w drug problems, this in turn will help with the homelessness issue because most people become homeless because of drug issues. they don’t develop drug issues just from being homeless :)
