interesting story about wiping, i used to be a standard front to back wiper, i also was sitting and wiping too. but a couple years ago i had a pilonidal cyst in my ass crack and had to have surgery to remove it, it changed the shape of my ass and now i cannot wipe front to back. i now have to stand and wipe back to front (i spend extra time washing my taint in the shower). I just thought i would chime in with this little story since i think im one of a few people that has experience with both forms. I definitely prefer sitting and front to back in case anyone was wondering.

Living in San Francisco, and attending Whittier College made this the most relatable podcast episode of my life. Here’s some context for the curious Cody and Noel. Cody, San Francisco. There are lot of homeless because property owners get tax cuts in the city. So that as well as Silicon Valley attracts entrepreneurs like actors to Hollywood. That brings high salary workers, and raises rent. Now rent is an average of $3,550 a month. And I’ve met homeless people who have two jobs and get free meals at shelters. It’s just too expensive to survive, even with help. And housing development is very slow to combat. Also, this major city only has 880,000 people. Compare that to LA county or Paris or New York. Other major cities are over a million. But there’s an exodus now as techies move to Austin and Arizona. I know people selling there small house here to buy THREE properties in Texas, for when the boom happens. And people are selling their one story, 3 bedroom for mansions in Tempe. Noel, Whittier. It’s very diverse now but apparently it was the first sundown town west of the Mississippi. That means that if you went out after sundown and weren’t white, you’d probably get killed. Also the Canyon was ranked one of the scariest place in California. A plane crashed there and killed 29 people. It also is the site of cults, the kkk, and many murders. It’s also the sight of an abandoned mental asylum and orphanage. But if you don’t believe in paranormal, still don’t go at night. It’s crawling with mountain lions. Whittier is also where Richard Nixon grew up. Weird part of LA.

I work at a dog daycare, so I deal with shit on a weekly basis. I think human shit is worse usually (and I have a higher tolerance for dogs in general), but we have a black lab named Birdie that comes in sometimes. She LOVES to eat shit. We have a "shit list" of dogs that eat shit, but she's one of the few that will follow dogs around if it looks like they're going to shit (she will literally put her face under a dog's butt and catch the shit in her mouth). If you're not fast enough, she literally sprints to it and she's very fast. So, her shits are the worst because not only is it always diarrhea, but she's one of those dogs that squats and walks when they shit so it covers nearly half the room and it smells horrendous. Dog (all dog shit smells literally the same) and human shit smell bad enough, but Birdie has a distinct smell to her shits that makes you want to gag. It's even worse when she's not the only dog in daycare that likes eating shit. Every other time, she's cute, but I can't take my eyes off her when she's in the room. We also have a puppy named Fletcher (golden retriever) that rolled in shit twice. Fortunately, he listens when you tell him no, so hopefully he didn't make a habit out of it. And not as bad, but we also have a list of dogs that like drinking piss. One is a German Shepherd named Rio who pisses standing up (he doesn't even squat or lift a leg) and lets the piss soak his front legs and paws, which he licks up after. It also feels like he pisses for a solid 30 seconds because of how long and how much he pisses.
