Need to spend more time on r/askhistorians. I didn't love history at school but it's hugely underrated as a subject. Really good for getting a better understanding of the world; especially the realisation that people of previous eras weren't that different, it was just a different context. Polish and presumably [redacted] history is also worth looking into if you want to understand your ancestors and where you came from in some sense. I dunno. I love learning about history and I recommend it.
