Man, I know this is unimportant and nitpicking, but Dr.Disrespect is alone on his streams. ‘Alex’ is a fictional character he made up, he uses ‘Alex’ as another part of his fictional world on stream. He has buttons under his monitor and that switches between the different overlays, and also the music he has control of on that board. Alex used to be known as a woman on his stream, but since the cancellation of ‘Slick Daddy Club’ and the cheating part of his life, it is now a man. ‘Alex’ is Dr.Disrespect.
