Yo Cody I'm a liscenced gas technician and I have buddies that run heated floors. That issue shouldn't be terribly hard to fix. There has to be pipes that run to and from the floors that are above ground near the heater. A hydronic guy would just have to come in, drain the floors, add some valves and re fill. Really shouldn't be that hard a problem unless the installer was a complete moron. Im also an ac apprentice and I can tell you that if your ac is working correctly and sized according to the house it should cool properly unless when the duct work was installed in the first place it was undersized... If that's the case, that's a big issue my dude. You'd have to essentially gut whatever floor the fan is on to replace everything.

It’s so interesting to hear Noel talk about his home remodel and the whole concept of contractors who take shitty jobs. I own a high end house painting company and I work with great contractors. I’ll be asked by some shitty contractors to do a quick dirty job that’ll take 1/4 of the time it would usually take.
