An induction stove doesn't use heat its spinning magnets in the cook top, you have to use specific metal pots or the cook surface won't work, the surface will also be only hot to the touch for a very short period after cooking they cool off super quick.

So I work in esports and I'm very familiar with how this all works, so I can give a rundown. The 1% house wont be competing in any tournaments. They're all content creators who upload to YouTube and stream on Twitch. The goal isn't to make money by placing in tournaments, because none of them are actually pro players, people just watch them because they're entertaining, similar to how people watch someone like Ninja, TimTheTatMan, etc, because they're entertaining. The reason someone would want to be part of 1% (Disc for example) is because their content will start being seen by new fans and they'll gain exposure from the cult following that the rest of the members have (and yes I'm not joking when I say cult following, as fortnite fans are CRAZY.) Anyways, consolidating all this viewership and fanbases into one "house" is an just a way for them to expand their reach and create a single tangible thing for the fans, as opposed to them all being separate personalities. They've all be living together for probably 5 or so years and, and growing fanbases along the way, but have always been members of teams with private ownership, so now they're creating a team that they own themselves. Something like this is very lucrative to investors and sponsors, because content is king in esports. Being a pro player means you really only make money when you perform well, which can be inconsistent. But if you grow a big fanbase as a content creator, making money is a lot easier, as a fanbase is a lot more stable than relying on performing at a top level in order to win tournaments and make money. I do think these guys are a bit dweeby at times, but for the most part they know what they're doing, and I see them being pretty successful. Just wanted to give you guys a bit of insight on what they're doing and why they're doing it. Keep up the hilarious content.

uh. Serbia has some of the strictest lockdown measures. They currently have a 12 hour curfew in the capital and mandatory masks in indoor spaces everywhere....They did lift some restrictions early on and then there was a huge spike in cases and they brought them back. I am glad this guy is all right. but, touring countries with already overwhelmed healthcare systems to create content right now just does not seem like a good idea to me.

corona hit my town (i live in FL) back in Nov-Dec 2019 and D U D E that shit sucked. my entire school was almost shut down that’s how many staff & students got sick with the “flu except none of our flu tests were positive”. i caught it in Dec and it wiped me clean off my feet. not knowing it was corona and just thinking it was some infection that was no longer contagious cause my doc put me on antibiotics, i kept teaching. i was teaching PEMDAS while dripping sweat at 102° fever 🤡 i remember one week, my class of 20 kids had an average of 9 thats how many were “out with this weird flu”. y’all are definitely right that even if youre younger, the repercussions can be harsh. i’m in my 20s and after corona have my fair share of respiratory / cardio issues.

One doesn’t deserve big-ups due to “unique content creation” and/or “genuine, charming personality” in spite of the fact the guy put out irresponsible videos traveling in “no-lockdown” countries. I’m not an asshole, I don’t want the dude to die, but his actions weren’t condemned, y’all put his ass on a pedestal, and didn’t touch on the fact that he privated his COVID video shortly after its upload while leaving the, again, irresponsible “no-lockdown countries” videos public. His filmed experience with COVID could have been a great shareable example for those that may not understand the severity of the virus, but it’s all for naught now.
