The fitness comedy vid is one of the funniest Cody's ever done, it sucks to hear he's demoralized by the response it's gotten. I shared that one with a bunch of friends who aren't deep enough into YouTube/internet culture to get into some of the other stuff TMG puts out. I'll be honest though, I don't usually comment on videos when I like them, I run to Tumblr or Twitter or whatever to talk about it with other fans I know. I don't really think about the creators themselves reading and wanting to see responses directly, but I might now. @Cody - You could always hire someone else to review your comments and aggregate the useful ones for you somewhere else - it wouldn't make the unhelpful stuff go away and it would depend on you not going in to look, obviously, but it's a valid option.

He puts out enough content folks can and should stop watching when it stops being entertaining, he'll pivot when the views aren't worth it or he gets bored. I'm still absolutely loving it and wish they updated more often than "biweekly" (at a stretch), there's something really hilarious about watching them play through and get genuinely invested...in their own way...in something clearly not designed for their demographic.

Cody It must be balls seeing dumb comments on your videos dude but dont let that change what you wanna do. You still have a massive community of people that genuinely support you and Noels content. Ive seen all of both your videos and they've never ceased to get me to laugh. As a viewer, Youtube has gotten shitty as well; most of my favorite creators have watered themselves down or stopped putting out content all together because of the choke hold that youtube has put on people like you. That being said you and Noel are the only guys I get legitimately excited for when I see a new vid posted. Keep your shit fire.

So when i was 12ish my cousin and i went to this lot in his neighborhood where they were going to build some houses. We went so that we could blow up some old gingerbread houses we had made during Christmas with a firework mortar. Now we put it in the middle of a cul-de-sac so that it wouldn’t burn the very dead grass but as soon as we blew up the gingerbread house a flaming chunk of something landed in the grass and the fire began to spread everywhere. Unlike this dude tho, we weren’t able to stomp it out and the fire department had to come put it out. My cousin and i were put in cuffs by the cops who came with the fire fighters but the company that owned the land never pressed charges. About 6 months later we went back and all of the grass was beautiful and green so i guess all i have to say is “you’re welcome”

On top of that its a functional story from the point of view of young kids, one of them who has a gun on him and accidentally kills his friend that snuck into his house, who he thought was robbing him. Mind on my murder is from the point of view of the kid that got shot, so its just a fictional story.

Comments sections naturally push the most negative and angry content to the top because as more people watch your videos, most of us "Like" and go on with our days. It's only the losers that sit in the comments coming up with stupid shit to say.

Unpopular opinion: I love the Love Island series as much as the next person but the game is long as fuck and I’m afraid it’s going to end up being a 52 part shit show by the end. It’s gotten to the point that whenever I watch Noel’s streams I just end up groaning every time someone brings it up.

Cody the first video of yours that I watched was “Don’t do shrooms in Thailand.” I like listening to stories (which is why I really like this podcast) and hearing you comment on random things, and continued watching you as you made vlogs and the content in your channel changed. I’ve never commented on one of your videos, and I’ve been watching you for almost 3 years. I just went to your live show and loved it. It’s great to see you guys step out of your comfort zones and experiment with different mediums. I think at least a majority of your fans will like your work as it changes and as you try new things. I hope you’re not discouraged to be creative or make new content. The people commenting condescending things probably aren’t the people that consistently watch you.

I know you probably wont read this, but the thing is that most normal people who truly enjoy your content don't comment anything. A lot of times I watch each of your videos like several times and never comment anything. Even though I really enjoy your content, and so do a lot of my friends who also watch your content and don't comment anything but when I'm hanging out with them we are constantly making references and jokes from your videos. Ynw Melly didn't make the song after the murders of his friends. He came up with the song when he was in jail in 2016, he made it in 2017 and released it on March 4th, 2017. That's one year and 8 months before the murders of his two friends. The song is about him killing one of his friends on accident as a kid/teen, not sure if it's true or not. Just thought you should know.

For anyone that's at all interested, King of Masked Singer is a really popular Korean show, where celebreties wear a costume with a mask and compete, so that they are judged solely on their voice, and not their looks, popularity, etc, which is cool bc a lot of good looking celebrities get shit on for getting by on their looks, bc Korea is in general pretty focused on appearance. Bc the show is so successful, they sold the rights to several other countries, including the states. The states' version has these overboard costumes with themes, and is just a pretty rough knock off of the original.

I saw Cody Ko at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
