Frank Ocean's Endless is still an amazing album. His big fans (including myself) still listen to it and most agree that it is just as good as Blonde. Its just most people don't have access to it because its exclusive on Apple Music as a video (could also have the vinyl if you pre ordered it) so that Endless wouldn't make much money. And to make sure Def Jams wouldn't make MORE money, he released Blonde the day after to draw all attention towards this new album.
