National level, I won nationals one time. I went to- I qualified for one olympic trials, I came like 8th. In olympic trials. Went to, or, qualified for the 2012 ones, too. Didn't go, but qualified for them. Was a D1collegiate athlete for 4 years I've done every type of lifting there is. Olympic lifting, powerlifting, everything. And everything in-between. And then I've done 2 marathons, and done 4-5 half marathons. YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO FITNESS? YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT? WHY? BECAUSE I'VE NEVER DONE "STRONG LIFTS"? like amanda I feel like.. I don't know what your, maybe you, maybe you study in school..I'll, I'll, I'll admit that I don't know the science behind this shit. I don't know the science BUT I'VE DONE THIS SHIT FOR YEARS AND YEARS! MY DAD IS ONE OF THE MOST FIT PEOPLE ON THE FUCKING PLANET! HE'S DONE LIKE 50 ULTRA MARATHONS, INCLUDING THIS ONE COMING UP THATS 150 MILES IN, IN THE FUCKING ANTARCTICA! IN AR- IN SOMEHWERE. ALASKA! THATS WHERE IT IS NOT ANTARTICA. IN ALASKA! IT'S COLD AS FUCK. 150 FUCKING MILES.
