I use CBD everyday, it helps a lot with my anxiety. Especially working in a high stress environment, if I ever forget to take it, it is much more difficult to get through my day. It quite literally is medication for me. I can't speak to it's efficacy in regards to other purposes though and I am sure it is being falsely marketed by many people.

I totally get it though because my co-workers and myself are weed snobs that care about things that the majority of smokers don't even give a shit about. Anyway, here is a quick crash course on types of concentrates: Shatter- Usually seen in a thin sheet that can be handled free hand. Will shatter when smacked with a dab tool. Wax- Looks like wax, has no visible moisture or shine to it. Diamonds and Sauce- Pure THC crystals mixed with a sappy concentrate consisting of more cannabinoids and terpenes Sauce- Same as before just without pure THC crystals Sap- The lowest quality concentrate, it is similar to sauce but lacks all attractive color or smell. Sap is normally the result of low quality of cannabis. Rosin- Involves no chemical process. Rosin is created by using weight and heat to squeeze oil out of dried buds. The end product is normally extremely fine and sticky. Live Resin- Plants are extracted for concentrate much earlier in the curing process, some times the day of being cut down. This gives the concentrate extra flavors and cannabinoids that are lost in the curing process. Distillate-Much like a sauce, except it is filtered many times over to the point where it can be used in vape pens. Comes out as a very, very fine sap. Hash- Dried buds are mixed in a bath of ice water with a bubble hash filter, separating fine THC from flower material Tincture- Activated buds (weed that has been heated to 240 F) mixed with everclear, then cured/separated, to create drinkable THC.
