Yo Cody, watched your TMG bonus episode the other day, the one you experienced a little panic attack and did those grounding exercises to bring you back to a “stable/comfortable” state of mind. And in episode 52 you were mentioning how it still happens here and there. Those can help in the short term to get rid of that sensation, but I’d suggest you trying the Wim Hof method if you haven’t already. I did it for a year, and ever since then I haven’t experienced any anxiety or panic attacks. I know you said you don’t like to read books, but What Doesn’t Kill Us by Scott Carney is a good short book and it can make quite the difference. That’s all man.
