Getting a little better?
Added 2023-01-09 03:24:13 +0000 UTCHi friends, I feel a little better from how I was a couple of days ago. I've been trying to focus on drawing and painting.
I did this ponyo painting (quite shitty) gouache.
I'm not used to gouache, and this one I used makes me want to scream because of the quality, but I want to get better at it, so I'll practice more.
Also, I used non waterproof pens to Line it, so it turned out all messes up.
You live and you learn I guess.
I plan on buying better gouache soon ๐ฅน

Thank you for caring about me and for the sweet messages. I'll try to focus on the things I enjoy doing and not push myself to stream when I'm not doing well.
Remember kids: always check if the pen is waterproof before you line a drawing that you are going to paint on top of. And also, be easy on yourself. It's ok to take a break, do bad art, try doing what you are scared of, but don't hold back on going back home and resting when needed.
