Yes, that is correct. I did have a link prior to joining as well as a detailed explanation. I am sorry that there was any confusion. The exclusives are released and included the month of release. After that they Vault for 3 months and then are available to new members for $3.99. So for the month of july, I release the Carnotaurus that was voted on and it is included. The model coming out of the vault is the mini skeleton crocodile for $3.99
