Yes, you can add hooks or loops as needed :) Just not change the character or functionality. This would be like taking a part off so it doesn't stand or hang.

Hi, quick question. I'm not clear on whether it would be allowable to print say, the skeleton keychain but make them into earrings instead. Is this allowable under the printer/seller agreement? Thanks!

Hi! Yes, you can sell the prints in a physical shop. The badge is not required, you can market as your own company because you are selling a print. If you wanted to add the Flexi Factory Authorized badge to the shelf, or add a sticker...that shows you are licensed to print the design.

Sorry for the late reply. I do not always see the comments, they truncate on my end. You can always message me directly. I do only have one level, $10 membership. As long as you are an active member you can sell any of my prints you get or already have. I have one main file for all the February downloads. Each month, I rotate the last three public models, one new exclusive, early releases or betas and any bonuses I add. Plus you get all the past bonuses. For my older public models, I do have the post with the 40% off code to use on My Mini Factory.

Hi and thanks for letting me join. Got a local farmers market and we are excited to sell some prints. Couple questions...as part of the commercial level (which I am) am I still required to buy at full price all the prints or do I have access to them for free? I noticed a 40% discount mention but I can't find where the discount code is.

Hello, I am new here, love the work and I respect all trademarks and licenses, with that said, let the printing begin! First I need to create the marketing., thank you and bye bye for now.

It is strongly suggested, though I haven't made it mandatory. At least on any lead image would be helpful. Consumer should know you are authorized. And it also helps my attorney and other folks who help me monitor copyright violations. You may get a inquiry asking if your authorized, and sometimes ETSY listings especially will get reported and shut down for a few days.

Super quick question - I'm finally getting ready to activate my website for online sales. I have a page that lists my Authorized Seller information, including the badges, for all designers I use. I am also putting who designed the model on each product page. Am I required to add the Flexi Factory Authorized Seller badge to every product listing and photo (my own) of a Flexi Factory design?

It will be in your settings tab. You will need to "connect the application."

Yes. as long as you print and take photos of your own prints and not use my online photos.

I sell physical prints only and display my badge at my shows.

You are correct on both points but patrons can reach out here or PM the creator for clarification on licence use and limitations. FlexiFactory for me is an investment and whilst I continue to be a patron here I will protect and speak up on these matters, whether that be reporting users who breach these rules or others that sell these files as their own (This has happened). I want Dan to continue to make amazing content for us all and if he's constantly battling with copyright issues and plagiarism then it could be detrimental to him and us long term.

not to sound rude, but not everyone uses Discord, or wants to. And sometimes T & C's can be misleading

Frankly this baffles me how people don't know this or can't be bothered to read the T&C's here. If anyone has any issues on what can and can't be done then jump on the discord and ask, lots of nice peeps there that will help.
