Post workout protein~

Sometimes you don't have time to eat a good breakfast before a workout and well, if you're running past so many people anyway, you might as well have a bite to eat while on the morning jog~ it helps maintain stamina and build muscle on the fly! though don't expect to break any records for speed, all that meat really starts to slow you down. At least jogging on a full stomach helps with digestion, by the end of the jog your guts are absolutely swelling with digested prey~ The only thing is dropping them off can be messy.. and smelly~ oh well, if its not you, I'd be someone else digesting them~
