Spinner Draw~

Let's do a draw! please comment on numbers 1-20 and I'll spin the wheel~ whoever wins will get a free flat color commission. They can choose between a flat colored pic with a background or a short no background 4-panel comic~ Same rules as the" first come first serve", post in terms of characters. Let's see what happens~ ( also if you won the 'first come first serve", post, you cannot partake in this one.
