If these are paired with paired with pants that layer over shoes, the feet will disappear. I don't know why one would want to use them with pants that layer over anyway, but if this bugs you too much, tell me. I can fix it, it's just a bit of a pain to do. They are not enabled for random, so you shouldn't see game generates sims walking around with long pants and no feet.
