To really get the high waist effect on girls, I suggest using accessory tops. If you want to use an acc top as a regular top, and not have the standard EA white tank show up over it, download this awesome nude top mod, from Feyona at Sims 4 Studios.
Also, I feel my file descriptions lie a little, the -Solids actually has the 10 striped/colored swatches in it (as well as 35 solids,) the other file has the 30 denim swatches.
