The decals are in the var under Custom/Atom/Person/Textures/ClockwiseSilver/MessyMakeup. I've added a screenshot to the downloads to help you locate the right spot in the menu to add face decals.
This is a really nice break from working on plugins. Let me know if you'd like to see more or less of this sort of thing.

Hello! After adding the var to the AddonPackages folder and selecting it when you go to load a decal (see the screenshot attached), the decals are in Custom/Atom/Person/Textures/ClockwiseSilver/MessyMakeup
