News Update: What's left for Part 2 and onto Part 3!

So we've finally been able to get our first public demo out for the rebuild and feedback has been really good so far. We're really happy with how stable the build is currently, and we're trying to improve the build in little ways before we finally make a new Newgrounds build. But one thing that's making us hold off is that Part 2 isn't fully finished. We originally planned on adding 3 NSFW scenes to the build and have a small section as a build up to Part 3. Luckily we got some really good news on that front which we wanted to shed a bit of light on!

Because the build changes were so extensive and the new sprites took a lot more effort to setup compared to our old versions, we had to make sure this time around we would not need to remake them. Luckily this time our artist was able to really nail it down for the Player, Everie, Elsie and now finally Fae, which means we can 100% focus on the planned lewd scenes. Just as a forewarning the details on these scenes are technically considered spoilers, so considered yourself warned if you read new section (if you want to skip the spoilers head a little further down on the post).

The 3 Scenes:

-Elsie's Warm Welcome

We're already almost finished the colouring phase, but wanted to give a small censored preview image!

Following a narrow escape from certain ice-cubination, Elsie wants to get to know you in a much more personal way. This scene will feature a few variants including ripped clothes and more player options for how it'll play out. We're trying to do what we did across the game towards the NSFW scenes, and this will be our first major change towards how we do lewd scenes in the future. We're definitely going to fine tune it, so once the new build is out we'll really want to hear what you guys think!

-Elsie and Fae hit it off

Following her dangerous mission into the Syndicate facility, Elsie has gotten hurt and needs some serious medical care. Seemingly out of options, the crew decides to bring Elsie aboard to treat her, and Fae is left to deal with her new unwelcome guest and patient. 

-Everie's warmup plan

Everie's been having a harder time warming up compared to the rest of the crew, and Fae's had to use her scientific wizardry to whip a way to warm her up! This scene will feature Everie in her room wrapped with a special technology to heat her android body, and Fae's left the Player to make sure all goes smoothly.

These are just the outfits we currently have in the game, but switching them out is working really well!

Another small but really fun addition we'll be adding in the new future if all goes according to plan is the ability to change up the crews outfits! This is one of the best new parts of the new sprite system and we're aiming to include outfits for each of the crew in a smaller update in between Part 2 and Part 3. You'll be able to buy the outfits after playing more of the minigame, and you'll be able to find each of the main cast and change up their outfits in fun ways. We've been testing this feature in small ways as of late, and we're pretty confident that after Part 2 is done we'll be able to add some pretty fun stuff! If you guys have any suggestions for future outfits as well let us know! We're hoping to make new outfits as a patron motivated thing, so if you guys have any outfits that you're dying for the girls to wear we can definitely look into adding them!

To give a little detail on what to expect from Part 3 the crew is finally gonna figure out what the hell Syndicate was hiding on Cyberia. This update will be focused on the interactions between the crew and their new "friend" Elsie, while they try and figure out how the facility works. It'll introduce some fun puzzles, and will feature some interesting stuff for players to find! We don't want to give any more spoilers, but once the last little bits of Part 2 are done we're definitely ready to move onto Part 3. No ETA just yet, but if all goes according to plan Part 2 will be finished either end of November or early to mid December.
