Chapter 273: Cracked Hourglass
The hourglass had been cracked.
The mysterious opponent had been defeated by the Minotaur knight, thanks to the help of the Summer mode, which had been lent to him so kindly by June.
The hourglass she carried with her at all times, which appeared to be containing her powers, was touched.
The crack in it kept becoming larger and larger as the second went on…
Even though, she was hurt and that she had been, she remained silent, almost as if she was untouched by her downfall.
“Yeah, you got her!” Summer was already celebrating with her arms up in the air, minus the fact that she couldn’t move her legs thanks to her exhausted and dire state.
“I… I couldn’t do it without you and your support, June…” He admitted to her, not even lying about it. There was no reason to.
Then, interrupting them, the mysterious Hourglass woman began trembling!
Both Junk and June turned their gaze back to her.
The crack in her hourglass became even bigger…
“What’s happening to her?” The Minotaur knight became confused, expecting to fall down and be dead at any moment now.
“Her hourglass! It’s cracked! Her mana is coming out of it, and it’s about to explode!”
“What?” Junk turned to June.
“This is all over…” The Hourglass woman whispered, which was audible to both the knight and the barbarian.
“JUNK! STAY BACK!” June desperately tried warning him, but they were running out of time.
BOOM!
A large and violent explosion followed!
The Minotaur was sent back!
The Hourglass woman vanished in the burst of explosion.
She disappeared so fast, she might as well never have been there from to begin with.
June was far enough that it didn’t impact her as much, but that was not the case for the Minotaur, at all.
Soon, he was no more.
The energy explosion was so powerful that it blasted him away until he couldn’t be seen anymore.]
“JUNK!” June was forced to have to cover her eyes since the blast was so strong and dangerous.
Darkness followed…

When Junk regained consciousness, he observed that he was still alive, as surprising as that seemed.
There was dust everywhere.
The explosion was over, and it was much more silent now.
Junk had no idea for how long he had been out for, but simply based on instincts, it felt like it had been a while.
At first, he was alone on that side of town, which had now become a dusty battlefield, but after shaking his head for a while and looking around, he realized that this was not true, at all.
The Hourglass woman might be gone, but…
“Junk!”
June was still around.
She was still crawling on the ground, unable to stand up, but she was in one-piece, and she even was the one who pushed a bunch of wood and debris off of the Minotaur after finally finding him, unearthing him from all that dust and debris.
June was visibly relieved to unearth him, yet, as soon she saw him again, she looked at him in a strange way.
“June? What’s wrong?” Junk asked him, still slowly waking up.
“You’re human again…”
That was not even something that traversed his mind, at first.
He fully opened his eyes and then one good look at his hands.
June was right. He was no longer in his Minotaur form. He powered back down to his human form after the conclusion of the battle with the Hourglass woman and the massive explosion that followed, resulting in a huge amount of negative energy being sent his way, explaining the fact that he had lost a lot of his powers.
Junk didn’t even wear his Minotaur armor.
He was instead buck naked among this crater of vestiges and debris.
“You’re right…” He admitted to her.
“Oh, Junk… I was scared I was going to lose you…” The seducing and caring barbarian came to him, kneeling and hugging him tight. She embraced him and hugged his chest, resulting in her giant breasts to rub against the sides of his head.
“June…”
By now, most of the townsfolk had probably abandoned their town with this catastrophe that took place within their home, but thanks to Junk and June, this was all over now. However, this raised an important concern for him: Where were September and April all this time? Last time they saw them, they were off doing their own thing on the other side of the small town, but they had to be aware of what happened to them by now, right?
They had to be…
Yet, they had not seen them for so long at this point…
“We better find them now. I have a bad feeling about this…” The Minotaur, who was now turned back into his regular human form, was afraid of.

Even though, they were both in pretty bad shapes and that they now moved at a very slow pace, they still made it to the other side of the small town in less than five minutes considering how tiny the village was.
As Junk presumed it was the case, all the townsfolk had evacuated their homes following the dangerous blast that occurred not too long ago after the Hourglass woman’s defeat. This was good because this probably meant that everyone was saved.
However, as the knight and the barbarian finally made it to the other side of town, where the local church was, this was then that they discovered what happened to the witch and the ranger…
They had been attacked.
It looked like the Hourglass woman originally made her first move on them before going for Junk and June, since they were both imprisoned inside of two tall and large human-sized hourglasses.
“SEPTEMBER! APRIL!” Junk couldn’t even believe his eyes at first.
He nearly lost his mind. The fact that the Hourglass woman had been able to defeat them as well was something that troubled him deeply.
“No…” It troubled June, as well…
