DNA Valkyrie - Vol. 5 - Chapter 5: The Sighting Of Joss

Chapter 5: The Sighting Of Joss

“I’m telling you, I saw Joss out that window!” Cynthia insisted on telling the girls the next.

“Are you sure it was him?” Nene continued questioning her.

“Nene… I’m telling you…”

“I believe you, Cynthia. If you saw him, he has to be out there, right?” Slice didn’t think twice about it, she believed her, which ultimately encouraged Nene to finally begin to believe her.

“Sure… Whatever…” Nene shrugged.

The three ladies visited Gerald’s mansion AKA Nene’s home for the first time since they began working under Trix’s guidance.

Nene swung open the front doors.

Inside the luxurious, but ancient home, there was no one to be seen at first, which was odd since Sebastian, the butler was always usually present and available to answer the door, but today he was not.

“Dad?” Nene called for her dad.

No response.

“Sebastian?” Meanwhile, Cynthia called for the handsome butler.

Still no response.

“Looks like no one’s here…” Slice assumed.

“Ladies…”

However, then, his voice was heard coming from much deeper into the mansion…

It was Sebastian’s voice.

“Sebastian,” Cynthia said his name first.

“Sebastian!” Nene was excited to see him.

“Oh, the butler, right?” Slice wasn’t that familiar with him yet.

“Lady Nene, your father isn’t here if you are looking for me,” he informed her.

“Then, where is he?” The young man asked him, wondering where her Daddy was.

Step!

Step!

Step!

“You can find him with Trix I believe,” the butler arrived at the foot of the staircase while telling them where Gerald was.

“Then, we know where to go,” Cynthia smiled before turning her heels.

“Thank you, Sebastian!” Nene winked at him.

“The butler is kind of… Hot…” Slice blushed.

“Slice, come over here,” Cynthia insisted, hoping that the horniness wouldn’t take over her, so she pulled her toward her and the exit.

“Hold on, ladies, I should be the one to chauffeur you there!” Sebastian insisted, as well, but he insisted on bringing them across town.

So, that was exactly what he did.

Sebastian brought them across the city in one of the black cars that he used to bring his master, Gerald, everywhere he had to go.

Everyone arrived at the HQ and sure enough, this was exactly where Gerald was.

When Cynthia and the two other girls entered Trix’s office, they found two of them in the middle of having a certain meeting…

“Oh!”

As soon as the blue-haired detective stepped into the office, Trix suddenly had to pull back from Gerald.

A dozen pink lipstick marks were witnessed all over Gerald’s neck and face by Cynthia.

She saw everything.

“Am I interrupting something?”

She was, and she knew it, but she tried to be polite about it.

“Hey, Cynthia…” Gerald didn’t know what else to say.

“Um… We were just working on… Something…” Trix desperately tried to come up with something, but even she couldn’t come up with anything that made any sense.

“It’s okay. It’s kind of hot to know that you are still sexually active Mr. Gerald,” Cynthia shook her head as she said this, and she was not lying, she honestly thought it was hot.

She began blushing as she gazed at that silver fox that was Gerald.

Her nipples became erect.

“It’s nice to see you again, Cynthia,” Gerald smiled at her.

“It’s my pleasure to watch you… Uh… I mean, it’s nice to see you again, as well, Mr. Gerald…”

Trix suddenly cleared her throat, doing so quite loudly as well. She sounded like she was annoyed by Cynthia and her presence. However, what probably annoyed her the most was that she became a wall between her and Gerald as she interrupted them.

“How can I help you, Widdowfield?” Trix finally lashed at her, visibly exhausted to have her stand there and continue to interrupt them.

“Oh, right, I’m sure you know about this by now, but Protea, she’s back in jail. The mission is a success.”

“Yeah, I was already made aware of that. Is that all? Trix was looking forward to the detective getting the hell out of there and leaving her all alone with Gerald, and Cynthia understood this, but this was not something that she was going to do anytime soon.

“I’m afraid not.”

“Um… Then, what is it?” Trix let out a deep sigh, and it became clear that she was soon about to run out of patience, if this had not been the case already. It was sometimes difficult to tell with her.

“During the mission, I caught a glimpse of an older enemy of mine, who also happens to be my former boss… His name is Joss. He’s a dangerous criminal, and he was there when we apprehended Protea. I guess that he was looking for me for some reason—he was hunting me down, but once he saw that I was not alone—probably at the time that Nene and Slice showed up,” Cynthia, who didn’t exactly wish to waste her time so she made this fast.

“I see… I have heard of this name before…” Trix finally took Cynthia a lot more seriously.

“I remember all the troubles you had with that frog guy,” Gerald remembered him like it was yesterday that he sent Sebastian, his butler, to go recruit Cynthia for her investigative skills at Joss’ strip club.

Gerald took Cynthia seriously, surprisingly, even more than Trix did.

“I came here to make the official request to you, so I can investigate him and the reason behind his presence where we fought Protea,” Cynthia submitted her official demand to her superior.

“Very well,” Trix shook her head, “this will be your next mission…”

“I agree with that sentiment,” Gerald smiled, looking like he was glad Trix agreed with her.

“Thank you…”  Cynthia thanked Trix right before she was cut off by her…

“... This will be your next mission once we have completed our most important tasks at hand, including getting rid of the rampant crimes rising all over the city. I don’t care much for that Joss guy…”

In the end, Trix ultimately revealed that she did not agree so much with Cynthia and Gerald, much to their surprise.

“What? But Joss is a dangerous criminal, and now he’s after me again…”

“Trix… Please reconsider this, I believe Cynthia is right…” Gerald confronted her.

“I don’t care, and the answer is no. Joss is no priority,” Trix spun around and left.
