I have just been reminded by the youtube algorithm, Al did a 2 series run of about 36 episodes of a sitcom using the Pub Landlord. Was made in around 2001, called Time Gentlemen Please and all are up on Al's youtube channel. Full of one-liners, Guv-philosophy and whole hidden world of other pub landlords, strange traditions and very bizarre characters. I forgot how much I loved it.
